Amount per Serving (3 capsules) - take all 3 first thing in the morning with water at least 30 minutes before eating for maximum absorption
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 180 mg - immune-boosting properties that help fight free radicals that cause hair loss, works with zinc and copper to form collagen, helps iron absorption
Zinc (as zinc citrate) 11 mg - zinc deficiency can cause hair loss, controls dandruff and inflammation for a healthier scalp, needed for collagen and keratin production
Copper (as copper gluconate) 1.1 mg - the body needs copper to produce melanin, increasing zinc decreases copper so it is important to maintain balance
Folate (as methylfolate) 400 mcg - helps produce keratin which hair is made of, supports hair growth, neutralizes harmful free radicals
Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 120 mg - works in synergy with biotic and zinc to make folate effective
Biotin 2,500 mcg - supports hair growth, helps balance DHT levels which can cause hair loss
L-Methionine 150 mg - aids in keratin production and cuticle health which helps with moisture retention and protection from damage
L-Cysteine HCl 150 mg - protects against oxidative stress caused by free radicals in products and the environment

Directions: Take 3 capsules daily with a glass of water, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning.

I have been using this product for about 3 months and can absolutely see the difference. I have nice hair anyway, without hair loss; however, this product has made my hair even better! I think thicker and absolutely healthier. So glad I am using it and will continue. You willl agree. Try it. Definitely.
